  • Shareholder access (to events, information, or confidential portals) is non-transferable and requires proof of identity. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for:

  • Illegal or tortious activity (fraud, harassment, gambling, IP theft, etc.).
  • Advertising or soliciting without consent.
  • Automated data collection.
  • Impersonating others.
  • Violating applicable laws.

Limited License

Management & Termination

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Verily Storyworks and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Choice of Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for litigation will be Dallas County, Texas.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Submission Release Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Verily Storyworks regarding use of the Service.
